"I'm OK" signs are given to each resident upon move-in and hung on the apartment door each day. The “I’m OK” check is completed daily between 10 am and noon.

If a resident prefers not to have the “I’m OK” checks, they can opt-out by contacting the office.

For many residents, the simplicity of changing a light bulb overhead or in an appliance can be a challenging task. A member of our staff or maintenance crew offer overhead and appliance lightbulb changes - this service is included in monthly rent.
